3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

NicheBloom offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $19/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

• We encourage users to create their own original artwork inspired by the ideas provided
• You may use AI-generated images commercially if you choose, but we recommend adding your own creative touch
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• NicheBloom is not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from your use of generated content
